For instance, one of the songs showcased — "Avril 14th" by Apex Twin, is a classical piano piece played autonomously on a disklavier (self-playing piano) without direct human input, played and recorded autonomously through the reading of MIDI data. The visual identity development follows a similar approach, with primary visuals and motion graphics generated autonomously using mathematical equations rather than direct human input at each frame. Each visual piece is responsive to sound, reacting to the amplitude of the respective showcased songs, presenting themselves throughout the exhibition's ephemerals. Typography and visual elements takes its form from the narrative of a semi-autonomous relationship between (Human &amp; Machine), integrating programming symbols (Read By Machine) within readable letterforms (Read By Human). Throughout the identity, these symbols serve various functions, acting as letterforms, separators, information containers, way-finding elements, and on the microsite, mimicking lines of codes and commands with primary information acting as a “functions”, and secondary information enclosed within parentheses as "values”, creating a visual experience akin to navigating through lines of code. The concept behind the first edition is inspired by the ever-changing physical appearance of the garden. The abstract illustrations in the publication serve as permanent representations, despite any future changes to the garden. Each abstract shape represents unique characteristics of the dinosaurs found there, some with exaggerated features and others with elongated shapes. Additionally, certain corners of the logo text are intentionally shaped &amp; pressed in using the (MBU) to suggest the similarity of its production methods of bending and shaping into its fluid form. Social media assets and packaging made use of the (MBU), accentuating its fluidity significance within the brand, revealing a versatile letter "i" in "Drip" that can be expanded and adapted to the sizes of different assets or different sizes of the product’s packaging. The website intergrated the (MBU) subtly within its form as well, be it acting as “cursor” or “shaping in” into the forms of the product’s backdrop. creative agency. In [1], the logo was designed to convey the idea that the 2 distinct entities that make up the company, Mae and Jack, fit seamlessly together within a shared space. This concept is represented through the use of two distinct shapes, a square and a circle, both are of different parameters but at some point of intersection, a circle can fit perfectly in a square and vice-versa.
